Tuna
salad is a world classic. This Tunisian salad recipe is more lively than
the more conventional salad.
1 chopped onion
1 large fresh tomato
1 green and one red (or two red) bell peppers
1 can of tuna
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
5-10 olives (pitted)
1 boiled egg
METHOD
Mix chopped onion, peppers
and tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Season the tuna with salt, pepper
and olive oil. Mix all ingredients and garnish with the olives and rounded
pieces of the boiled egg.
