Very easy and the tofu is so healthy. Maples syrup is wonderful to work with as it's so free-flowing.
METHOD Be sure chocolate is cooled to lukewarm, but not hardening. Place tofu in a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy. Add chocolate, maple syrup and vanilla and blend. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill for at least one hour. Serves: 4 back to article on tofu
