METHOD
Combine peaches, white sugar, tapioca and lemon juice in large bowl and let stand 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine flour, brown sugar and pecans in small bowl; cut in margarine with fork.
Sprinkle 1/3 pecan mixture in bottom of pie shell; add peaches, then cover with remaining pecan mixture.
Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Yield: 1 pie
