METHOD
Preheat oven to 335°F
(175°C).
Melt the margarine and
syrup in a large saucepan. Add the sugar, oats and cornflakes. Remove
from the heat.
Grease a Swiss roll tin
and put the mixture in, patting down with a wet hand.
Place in a preheated
oven at 335° F or 175° C for approimately 25 minutes or until
golden brown. Cut into finger-sized pieces while warm, but leave in the
tin until quite cold.
Store in an airtight
container.
