METHOD
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Combine
sugar and butter in a medium mixing bow, mixing until well
blended. Add banana, milk and eggs. Mix until blended.
Add dry ingredients, and mix until moist.Do not over mix. Stir in nuts and blueberries.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan, smoothing lightly with a spatula to even the batter.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick
inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Invert to gently remove from pan and
cool on wire racks.
