METHOD
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt chocolate in top
of a double boiler. Set aside to cool slightly.
In medium size bowl,
combine sugar, coffee, liqueur. Stir in butter. Combine well.
Whisk in eggs, one at
a time. Add flour, melted chocolate and pecans. Stir until well combined.
Pour into prepared pie
crust. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie. Bake in preheated 350°F
oven for 30 minutes.
