Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, salt and margarine together. Mix until
crumbly and set aside. Cook together sliced zucchini and lemon juice until
zucchini is tender. Add remaining 1 cup sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Simmer
for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup of crumb mixture and stir until thickened.
Let cool. Pat 1/2 crumb mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees
for 10 minutes. Pour zucchini mixture over this and sprinkle remaining
crumb mixture over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for 30
