Lightly whip heavy cream; add sugar and sherry. Mix
thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.
Spread this sauce
generously over each slice of angel cake, covering top
and sides completely. Decorate with halved maraschino
cherry on top of outside corners. This delicious dessert
is one of the Dock's many original dishes.
Perched on the end of a wharf, this picturesque restaurant
annually attracts thousands of visitors.
