Method
Mix beaten egg with orange juice, rind, butter and hot water. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture until blended. DO NOT beat. Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spoon into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake in preheated 325°F for 60 minutes. Test in center with toothpick.
Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
