Quick Apricot Cream

      For that no-time-to-cook moment.

      • 1- 35/8-3 ¾ oz pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
      • 1 cup apricot nectar, chilled
      • 1 cup sour cream
      • 1 tsp lemon juice
 

Method

About 15 minutes before serving: In small bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients just until blended.

Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; refrigerate at least 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
