Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • 1 ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • ½ cup sour milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa or Nestle's quik
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
 

Method

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in preheated 325°F oven for 40-45 minutes
