Method
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla until frothy.
Mix together the flour and baking powder. Coat the candied fruits with this mixture. Stir in the egg/sugar/vanilla mixture and combine gently until all pieces are coated.
Line 2 loaf pans with wax paper and pour the mixture in each pan, dividing evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
