Garlic Butter Stacy was encouraged to cook by her father who taught her the fine art of garli butter with words of love and support.

METHOD Heat 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a small skillet. Gently sautè garlic over medium heat until translucent and just turning golden, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to overcook - brown garlic is bitter garlic! Cool for a minute or two, then whip into softened butter with a fork till well blended. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pack into molds or a small ramekin. Chill to harden.
