METHOD
Remove seeds from jalapeno. Be sure to wear rubber gloves when doing this task. When deseeded, mince jalapeno.
In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, green bell
pepper, lime juice, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno and
garlic powder. Toss to mix well. Let rest, refrigerated for at least one hour.
