Mango Cilantro Salsa with Vidalia Onion

This is the salsa Stacy makes for a tuna recipe. It's too good to reserve for only one use, so we are offering it separately.

  • 1 ripe mango, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 small Vidalia or other sweet onion cut in 1/2 inch dice
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

METHOD

Mix all ingredients for salsa together, and allow flavors to meld at room temperature 30 minutes or in refrigerator 2 hours.
