METHOD
Grill corn in husk when using the grill. Remove kernels when cooled. Grill peppers and peel. If making immediately, let cook slightly.
Prep vegetables and combine in bowl. Sprinkle on oil and vinegar and season to taste. Mix well. This is excellent when it is used the next day and the flavors have blended.
