Coconut-Lime Chutney

Nothing has quite the freshness of fresh coconut.

  • 1/2 coconut fresh, chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
 

METHOD

Put all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until mixture is well-combined, but still slightly rough in texture.

Serves: 10 - 12
