METHOD
Preheat grill.
In a small bowl, combine
all ingredients but corn.
Brush corn lightly with
mixture; grill, turning occasionally, until some kernels have turned golden
brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove corn and brush
with remaining chili butter. (This is also good on grilled chicken kabobs.)
Serves: 4 - 6
