Method
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cranberries, apples, water, sugar, raisins, ginger, nutmeg, mustard and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine. A whisk works well for this.
Microwave on HIGH for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Refrigerate before serving.
Yield: about 3 cups.
