Method
Combine all ingredients except sweetener in a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium
heat.
Cook, uncovered, until cranberry skins pop and mixture thickens slightly,
about 10 minutes. Taste for sweetness and add sweetener of your choice until it suits your palate.
Serve hot or cold.
