Method
Bring cranberries and 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, then uncover, stir in honey, and simmer 10minutes more, stirring occasionally.
Cut unpeeled orange in quarters and chop them finely in food processor. Stir into to simmering cranberry mixture with remaining 1/2 cup of water and all spices. Stir well and simmer an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Stir in walnuts and put in suitable container to chill in refrigerator.
