Donna is an art historian
who teaches at Rutgers University. In her spare time, she studies Chinese
cooking. This beef and zucchini stir fry
inspired her son to do a report about China for school. His mother's
food was part of the report.
His brother, Simon,
is six and likes many foods, although he doesn't always know the name
of them. Donna makes chili con carne
for large crowd occasions, such as super bowls or after Little League
practice. It is one of Simon's favorites.
