Nutrition for Mother's Day:

A Healthy but Decadent Breakfast in Bed

Chocolate is a Mother's Day tradition. So is breakfast in bed. Why not combine both?  We have learned that chocolate, in small amounts is good for us. So, let's celebrate Mother's Day with a tasty breakfast that carries nutritional value. Dana Jacobi, author of The 12 Best Foods Cookbook, makes these pancakes with cocoa and soymilk to add to the nutritional value, then tops them with luscious strawberries to add color and even more nutrition.

Treat Mom to a breakfast that indulges while still gives health. Add a bright red rose to the breakfast tray and bring nutrtion and beauty to Mom on her special day. click for chocolate pancakes - nutrition and taste combined
