This is found on the bottom of the nutrition panel on large packages. All of the %DV figures are based on a 2,000 calorie per day diet. This is the same on every product as the requirements for fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates and dietary fiber do not change. This gives the minimum and maximum in a day for each caloric total.

We should always aim for thee minimum of any substance suspected of contributing to ill health.
